What's it all about?

The short answer to that question is that God wrote the Bible to tell us about his plan for the world and for us.

To help find the right answers to questions like these, it's helpful to read the Bible.

 

But the Bible is very long and not always easy to read or understand. Having some help is important, not always to give you the answers, but to help you find the answers for yourself.

 

The Bible is 66 books bound together! So where do you start? And what evidence is there that what the Bible says can be trusted?

 

That's enough questions...here are some ways for you to find the right answers. They are all in the Bible, so it's just a matter of finding them!

Trust it

It takes time to discover that there are good reasons for placing our trust in something new. We don't always assume something is trustworthy until we have given it time to prove it can be trusted.

Read it

But even blind people can be helped to read, sometimes using a special printing process called braille.

Study it

guide dog being trainedTraining can often be enjoyable, but to get the best out of the exercise there needs to be commitment and discipline. Guide dogs being trained seem to enjoy being taught, but it's not easy and it takes lots of time and patience!
